Shipping Options

In-Person Pickup (Recommended)
We welcome and encourage families to pick up their kitten directly from our location. This allows you to see our facility, meet our cats, and receive hands-on guidance before taking your kitten home. There is no cost for pickup.

Ground Transport
We work with trusted, professional pet couriers who specialize in animal transport. Kittens travel in climate-controlled vehicles with experienced handlers who provide regular care and comfort checks throughout the journey.

Flight Nanny Service
Your kitten travels in the airplane cabin with a dedicated flight nanny. This is the safest air travel option as your kitten is never placed in cargo. The nanny provides constant supervision and care throughout the flight.

Air Cargo Shipping
Kittens can be shipped via approved airlines that allow pet transport. They travel in secure, comfortable carriers and are handled with care by airline staff.

What We Provide Before Shipping

Before any kitten leaves our care, we ensure:

Complete veterinary health check and certificate
Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
Microchip verification
Comfortable, secure travel carrier with bedding
Food, water, and familiar scents for comfort
Complete travel documentation

Your Responsibilities

Full payment must be made before shipping is arranged
Provide accurate shipping address and contact information
Be available at the agreed delivery time and location
Complete a veterinary examination within 72 hours of arrival

Our Guarantee

We guarantee your kitten will arrive healthy and safe. If your kitten arrives in unhealthy condition as confirmed by a veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, we will refund your purchase price or provide a replacement kitten.
